Dr. Jared Smiley MD CCFP is a board-certified Family Physician, licensed through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Dr. Smiley completed his Bachelor of Science degree at McGill University in 2015, and went on to receive a Masters of Science from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. He graduated from the Schulich School of Medicine at Western University in 2020, and continued on there to complete his Residency Program in Family Medicine. He undertook comprehensive training in Family Practice in London, Ontario and the surrounding areas. Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Smiley looks forward to bringing his clinical skills and experience to Practice in the city.
Dr. Smiley believes in a holistic approach to Family Medicine, with a strong emphasis on Preventative Care and Wellness. While remaining up-to-date on new guidelines and advances in Medical Practice in Ontario, he strives for a patient-centred model that meets each individual's medical needs and goals. He is passionate about building a comprehensive Family Practice in Toronto and enjoys seeing patients of all ages, getting to know them and their care requirements on a more personalized level. Dr. Smiley has clinical interests in Mental Health, Care of the Elderly, Women's Health, Sports Medicine, and is proficient in a wide variety of common office procedures.
When not in clinic, Dr. Smiley may be found around the neighbourhood on his bike, or further downtown at the Blue Jays game.
