Family Health Organization (FHO)
Beginning October 1, 2026, Dr. Jared Smiley, Dr. Daniel Freedman, and Dr. Syed Hamid at The Clinic at Christie will be practising as part of the Toronto Central West Family Health Organization (FHO). Your family doctor is not changing — you will continue to see your own physician and book appointments with us as usual.
