Julian Meier, BSC. Kin., MPT
Julian completed his Master of Physiotherapy degree at Western University. Prior to that, he completed his Honours B.Sc. (Kinesiology) degree at McMaster University. Julian strives to provide patient-centered holistic care and wants to get to the root cause of any problem to help his patients reach their goals. Julian has a keen interest in rehabilitation and understands the benefits of physiotherapy from his first-hand experience being treated for sports injuries. As an athlete, he appreciates the importance of exercise and movement for the body to perform at its optimal level.
Julian plans to use a multimodal approach in treating his patients, guided by what they present with in the clinic. He strongly believes in educating his patients and using exercise along with manual therapy. Julian strives to work alongside his patients to create the best treatment program to help them feel and move better. His approach to therapy includes:

Julian plans to continue to expand his skill set and is committed to life-long learning by taking continuing education courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling.
Outside of the clinic, Julian enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing a variety of sports such as basketball and soccer, and watching and cheering for his hometown sports teams the Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs.
