Talia DelCogliano

Talia DelCogliano (she/her) is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from ICT Kikkawa College. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She offers a dynamic range of treatments but specializes in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release work, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and general relaxation massages.

Talia is a former dancer, theatre performer, film actor and puppeteer. It was during theatre school where her curiosity of human anatomy and the importance of breath and body connection piqued and with that, learned to utilize her knowledge in physical training, movement analysis and anatomy to deliver a personal and unique approach to her treatments. Talia is also deeply focused on empowering and educating her clients, both during and after treatments.
