What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture treatments consist of a fine, sterile, disposable needle inserted into specific points along a muscle, tendon, or nerve to stimulate physiological response that helps the bodies natural recovery process. The acupuncture needle remains inserted for a duration of time, usually 10-30 minutes, to create the physiological response in the body.
