WHAT IS AQUATIC THERAPY?
Aquatic therapy is a form of physical rehabilitation therapy that provides beneficial exercise programs within water to improve physical functioning and promote patient healing. The water therapy activities are performed under the supervision of a trained physiotherapist or chiropractor and uses the natural properties of water to assist in rehabilitation, recovery, relaxation, fitness and therapeutic relief.
