Stephanie completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at the University of Toronto and her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with Honours from McMaster University. Her post-graduate education includes completion of the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture Program, certification in Soft Tissue Release and K-Taping, and Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy Level One. She believes in life-long learning and is always updating her skill set. She is also a clinical instructor in physical therapy at U of T.
As a former dancer and gymnast Stephanie has had her own experiences with injuries, and she understands the frustration of pain and limited function. Stephanie is passionate about working with her clients to get them back to whatever they love to do. Her treatment approach is client-centered and involves education, hands-on therapeutic techniques, and tailored exercise programs with the goal of effective and efficient recovery.
When she's not at The Clinic, Stephanie can be found dancing, running, reading, or drinking tea.
